Head To Head: Console Vs. Tablet. Which Device Is Better? - Who Is More Innovative

Gaming consoles have been around for a much longer time, so in a lot of ways you could say they've enjoyed quite the seat of comfort for a while now. In all of this relaxation however, in many ways you might say the machines haven't done much more than give us an experience that performs better visually than the year before. What it all boils down to, playing a game on Xbox 360 isn't too much different from what we saw on Nintendo's NES in the eighties. We're still sitting on our couches mashing a series of buttons to beat the boss. While I'm not really saying it's a bad thing, it just hasn't really encouraged change

Tablets on the other hand offer entry into a much more expansive and competitive mobile industry. When it comes to gadgets we can take with us, there is simply a lot more you can do with that. Just like consoles we can play games and media, but on top of that you've also got a great touch screen experience and web browsing that actually functions compared to what we see on machines like the PS3. When I look at tablets I see a computing option with so much more potential to change not only the way we play games but the way we live our entire lives.
